"And, boy, was today exciting...I went to the dentist and had a filling replaced! Whoo, this rockstar life is so endlessly exciting. And I got to do a whole syringe full of novocaine! And they say that rock and roll debauchery is a thing of the past...they've obviously never seen me in the dentist chair with a big needle pumping novocaine into my jaw."

Another render for a Cronosoft release, this time for the conversion i did of Lunar Blitz, specifically for the Commodore 16 version and it's nearly completed VIC20 cousin.

This is probably one of the most complex scenes i've rendered for a while; the objects took around a day and a half to build, texture and arrange and then the actual job of rendering was farmed over to the IRC bot's box, a reasonably idle Pentium 266 Celeron, which then needed several days to actually build the image due to the amount of reflection going on. The fire in the background and the reflection map are just a couple of random JPEGs grabbed from the web, but all the other detail and texture were constructed manually.
