YE OLDE GAMES

Okay, so here are all the olde games, a collection of projects that were either very simple or, more often, left incomplete because they were evolved into other projects.

HYPERZAP
Okay, this one is really getting on now, my first C64 machine code game, written just a few months after getting my first C64 (and it shows!)

ORBYT
After the (sadly misplaced) HyperZap 2 the HyperZap source was evolved to run horizontally and given a twist.

PROTOCOL
The third generation of the HyperZap source, expanded from Orbyt into what would have been (I'd like to think) a pretty decent fully fledged budget title.

SPACE ROX
A simple little action game, based on the BASIC one that everyone writes that just involves printing the nasties at the bottom of the screen and using the hardware scroll.

CYBERSUB
Not an entire game, but an eary work stage in what would eventually become Warflame and added to the site more as a piece of history than anything else.

STEEL FORCE
A Speccy shoot 'em up created for the Retro Gamer review of Jonathan Cauldwell's Shoot 'Em Up Designer.
