 Spotified was a third entry by T.M.R and Cosine into Intro Creation Competition run by Laxity at the C64 Scene Database.
The original code for this release was written at the start of 2014 as somethng of a mental exercise rather than for release, but the announcement of the Intro Creation Competition (along with having recently seen all of the demos released at X'2014) was the catalyst that got Spotified done. This process meant that Spotified actually took longer to develop than both Macro Sleep and Oldstyle combined.
Trivia: the music was originally composed back in 2006 by Bex/Slipstream when she was a member of Cosine but only rediscovered recently on one of T.M.R's old hard disks. |
